You can choose from several different workouts, and each one can be adapted to your level of fitness and experience. 

ZUMBA


Zumba is a fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves inspired by Latin Dance and music. Zumba uses a variety of styles in routines, like Cumbria, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaetón, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco and Hip Hop. Perfect for different levels and abilities.

BOXERCISE 


Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow- boxing, skipping, hit pads, kicking, punch bags, press ups, shuttle runs and sit ups. Most Boxercise classes are aimed at both men and women of all ages and abilities. No class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it’s a fun, challenging and safe workout.

CIRCUIT TRAINING 


Circuit Training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when the whole of the exercises chosen have been completed. Multiple circuits can be given in one training session.
